Billings Counseling

Hello!

My name is Mia Yegen, and my education includes a master’s degree from Montana State Univeristy-Billings in Clinical Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling. My training in the counseling field centers around trauma-informed, somatic approaches and cognitive behavioral therapy (which really just means that we start connecting the dots between your past, your present, and your emotional and physical wellbeing).

I love helping clients illuminate the pieces of themselves that may have gone underground during times of stress, while encouraging gratitude and self-compassion for the choices and actions that played a vital role in getting through those hard times. When we approach our past with kindness and curiosity, we can move forward with a new perspective rooted in self-acceptance, and an expanded capacity to joyfully connect with the world around us.

Rates

Insurance

I am able to bill most health insurance carriers for full or partial coverage of our 55 minute sessions (* I am not appointed with Medicaid or Pacific Source at this time).

Private Pay

Private payment (cash, check or card) is always an option when insurance is not. My private pay rate is $60 per 55 minute session, and I do offer a sliding scale fee on a case by case basis.
